Maleficent
Maleficent is the main villain in the first game and still plays a role in many of the other games, she is the queen of darkness and controls the heartless. Maleficent is solely responsible for turning Riku to the darkness and tricking him into thinking that darkness was the good side and that the light was evil. Maleficent is form the Disney movie "sleeping beauty" but has moved on from this world and now has a castle in hollow bastion from which she controls the heartless and has meetings with other evil characters from Disney movies.
